Tickets for this year's BlizzCon are expected to be priced in the vicinity of $125USD, as they were for the 2009 convention. Last year's tickets sold out in 30 minutes flat,Cool WOW Items, so players are most certainly justified in keeping up to date on the developments surrounding this highly anticipated event!
A late convention would surely disappoint some college students who were hoping for a late-summer convention during the break.
One has to wonder whether Blizzard might be intending to use BlizzCon as part of an aggressive, last minute ramp up to the release of their World of Warcraft: Cataclysm expansion which is speculated to be set for release in late 2010.
